So Bendtner or Adebayor
It"s getting to the point where I am starting to wonder. TBH I don"t feel Ade is consistent enough to bang in goals week in week out. Before I go on I am not saying Bendtner is. However I am saying that I reckon when we have seen Bendtner he has been sharp and very hard working and what I really want is to see him get a run of games I feel he could be better then Ade. What about everyone else?

I know what you are saying about Ade but if he keeps going the way he is he will be close to 30 goals for the season. Then put RVP up front with him who will get 20+ and anyone in the league would be happy with that. problem with Ade is he misses the easy one's and scores the hard one's spuds away was typical of his season. Same could be said of Andy Cole when he was playing for Manure and he got a few medals during his time there. Bedtner can be used off the bench and in cup games and cover. Problem may be keeping Theo and Bedtner happy.

agree with rilo,, with all the games coming thick and fast then im sure there will be a couple of starts for him anyway,, and then its up to nic to take his chance
Yeah I meant more that Nic deserves a chance rather than Ade deserving to get dropped. Saying that though, he can't continue to miss chance after chance and nothing happen about it. It's all very well when our defence and midfielders get the goals he misses to save points, but sooner or later ades misses are going to cost us.

Ade deserves to keep his place for the meantime. Don't forget, he has a habit of scoring in the big games and we have the chavs and **** coming up!
However, I think bentdner deserves to be subbed on earlier at times.... I rate him highly as he can hold the ball up very well and is as close to a 'proper' centre forward as we have.
next year will be the one for him... if he keeps patient

maybe this is a girl thing, but i don't totally trust him either - i don't feel he's in it for the long haul.......?????????
Can I say that I dont trust either of them to provide enough goals ? While I am not convinced about bedtner I do feel he played very well Tues night in the 1st half at least but we need a regular supply of goals and he didnt do that in the championship last season. Eduardo is probably the most natural striker in our squad but he lacks pace and that is an important commodity in out game. I also think it is hard for him to bed in when most games he is only getting 10 minutes here and there and other times like tues night he is playing with a largely 2nd string team thus denying him any chance to build up a rapport with our 1st team players. Wenger must be the slowest manager in the history of football at making substitutions
