this is insane. you'll need a bucket and a manual flash and some cold water.

hold your breath for as long as possible, and i mean long, until you get that breathing reflex and it starts to hurt.

put the camera right infront of your eyes and hit the flash

immediately immerse your head in the bucket of cold water and exhale

come up breath in and do more flashes in your eyes.

get mate to call ambulance
