Signature and Avatar

Hey all. Just wondering how i change my signature to a picture?

And also every Avatar i try to put it says is too big. Can someone help?

Well, ive uploaded it. It will need sizing down though.

Ahh i cant seem to size it down. Ive done it on photobucket but its still coming up this size?

Ha ha You've done it, well done mate.

I have posted before that how to do this needs to go on the FAQ's or made a sticky..... but it's fallen on deaf ears, perhaps, when the new forum comes along, that'll be recitified.

Try SHRINK PICTURE. it will shrink it to avatar size
