But with his moves into politics, the clubs ties to the region, and the fact that cesc technicaly left on his watch; if he were to engineer the move back, that would win him serious political browny points. And i believe it was monaco, not morroco where they 'met'euphoricone wrote:Laportas term is actually ending very soon

but even if we get Chamack and sell Eddie can we get someone else. I'm fed up of this selling and not replacing.

I woud say with the inflated prices of today 10 million would be appropriate.Boomer wrote:http://www.tribalfootball.com/lyon-bid- ... rdo-781241

On this season’s form I’d take a gangbanging from Big Foot & The Henderson’s just to get rid of Eddie. But I cant believe he really is as shite as he’s been, and with some confidence & a formation that suits his game he could still be a top goalscorer so if we really are so cash-rich I wouldn’t mind sending him out on loan in the meantime to another Prem club where he’d be 1st choice & see how he gets on.euphoricone wrote:I woud say with the inflated prices of today 10 million would be appropriate.Boomer wrote:http://www.tribalfootball.com/lyon-bid- ... rdo-781241

:groan: the seasons not even over yet and peple are posting the usual crap on this thread.
we all know the club are as quite as quite can be when it comes to this. If find its best not to pay any attention to any of this and check the back of the programme first game of the new season.
Happy rumouring.

http://www.imscouting.com/global-news-a ... dler/7253/Arsenal are reportedly interested in signing Bayer Leverkusen goalkeeper Rene Adler , according to German daily Bild.
Gunners' boss Arsene Wenger has been linked with a series of goalkeepers as there are question marks over the long-term Arsenal prospects of both Manuel Almunia and Lukasz Fabianski .
25 year-old Adler is arguably Germany's number one keeper and played in their final World Cup qualifiers against Russia and Finland. He has spent his whole career at Bayer Leverkusen and is contracted to the club until the end of season 2011/2012. Adler is renowned as having excellent presence in the box and the mentality to be one of the world's top keepers.
Adler is currently suffering from a broken rib, but should be fit for this summer's World Cup. Bild speculates that Arsenal's chances of signing Adler will somewhat depend on whether Bayer Leverkusen qualify for the Champions League. They are currently in fourth place in the Bundesliga with Borussia Dortmund hot on their heels one point adrift.
Best speculation so far.

Not the first time I've heard about Buffon going.
Heard that he was being offered to Mancini of Citeh as he's a big fan. What that does to Given or even Hart!

Still why would we won't to replace a Clown with a Bafoon!
