January"s Out and Ins want list

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Hold on lads cos in that interview he said that he MIGHT call back djouru - is he fcuking mad ? To send him out on loan in the 1st place was bad enough but to be at this moment of time unsure whether to terminate djouru's loan in jan is complete lunacy :!:

not left footed but the outside of his right is as good as any left - quaresma
if I could get any prem defender I'd buy big black samba- he's pure class
I know lescott was poor the other night but I've r8d him since wolves and we where linked with him then so maybe wenger has2
both would be quite expensive - as would all the left wingers we've mentioned
vela's not eligible for a work permit till march I think
I've always rated djourou ahead of senderos
Samba, yes, I'd forgotten about him. He's been superb, like him a lot. If we want a CB (which I don't think we do), he'd be a top choice. Though are the DR of Congo in the African Nations? Not much point in getting him in Jan if they are.

Quaresma is overrated though, he's not the answer on the wing.

Vela's in for next season, not earlier.

And Djourou - that's got to be an Arsene wind-up. If it's not, I'm moving camps and becoming a Pessimisto with augie, rebel and co.

On Djourou, I think it is AW just keeping his options open. If he says now that he is bringing Djourou back it is a done deal. If there is a 1% cahnce he has another option he's left himself an opening.

We all seem to get neurotic in the build-up to transfer windows - maybe transfers should be banned, might make us relax a bit.

I have changed my mind to Vela back next season.

Right now we have RvP and Ade up front when everyone is fit.
I hope Ade gets out of that team. Walcott, Bendtner and Dudu have all been trying and I want one of them to come through.

What do you mean transfers should be banned 26/5/89 ? I thought all incoming transfers had been banned by our tightarsed board years ago ?  Or maybe that was just a ban on all transfers over £2.50 ??
