The Fan?

Harsh, but fair. :barscarf:
No, Flappy.

Also pissed myself laughing at the guy who cheered when Flappy got injured in the first half.

Flappy was awful yesterday, but I don't think Sol or Tweety helped him. Let me explain where I'm coming from, at set pieces a goalkeeper usually creates himself an area around himself, just a couple of feet in which he can move. And if any opposition player steps inside it then he gets unceremoniously pushed out of it.
Flappy however was like a kid in the playground who was surrounded by bullies, and he looked terrified.
So instead of Sol and tweety coming to his aid, they made the matter worse by standing in front of him, and they were as much to blame for the second goal yesterday as flappy.
Flappy however has to be able to command his own 6 yard box, but he simply isn't up to it.
He looked yesterday as if every minute on that pitch was a torture from hell, and Wenger should do the decent thing and put this fool out of his misery, by never asking him to take to the field again.

the worse bit about flapainski is he wouldnt make it to no other premiership team so why do we have to put up with this pile of shite.

If AW cant see that and doesnt buy a world class goalie then he should join the long list of unwanted people like Almunia, flapianski, mannone, silvestre, denilson, vela, edouardo and diaby.

As Paul Robinson, Brad Friedel, Tim Howard and Mark Schwarzer are all showing, they don't even need to be world class

Agree with your main train of thought here, Arseblog sums it up perfectly today.

I thought Fabinaski actually made some half decent saves but his confidence is shot to bits, and his defence didnt help him out. I still think he is worth a punt as no.2 GK possibly (but has lots to work on) but we do, 100%, need a new no.1 next season - someone for Fabianski to learn from.

If Fabiansky can do a Gomez by recovering after such a shabby start to his career, then only will I approve of him as Number 3.

I'm just totally sick of the mentallity of these players.I said before the game on here that the team would need motivating and someone questioned me.Trouble is we've seen it far too often that these players hearts just arent in it.They dont have the heart, pride and fight required to play for OUR club.
The last two away games have been absolutely disgusting and us fans that paid the money and went to the games deserve a fucking apology from the manager and the players.
Theo apart, the gutless mugs didnt even have the decency to walk over and applaud our support.

Yesterday was the usual tosh we have seen this season. 70% possesion we had, but feck all to show for it. Everything just had end of season feel about it, but thats no excuse. Why did we move the ball at snails pace? Once we worked it quick, one touch passing, the ball to Arshavin, cutting them open and getting the shot away. Apart from that everything was either sideways or backwards. And i know im stating the obvious, but defensively we looked fragile when they came forward. I mean, Jason Roberts gave us a headache, Jason Roberts for god saike. Also, with 10 minutes left, we started going long, fair enough, but, what is the point going long to RVP, Arshavin, Theo and Nasri. Blackburn will love that all day long, how is any one of them going to win an aerial battle over Samba. Atleast stick Sol up there or something.

I was upper tier yesterday to the right of the goal ( as you look at it), what happened on the other side, see a couple of stewards and old bill go over there and everyone looking. Anyone know?

I thought that yesterday. We used to put the likes of Roberts in our pocket, and let him out at the end of the game.

I've been trying not to post any thought/feelings regarding the game until I have calmed down considerably. Seems that may take a long time...so what the heck....here it goes.................

I always approach AFC as I try and approach everything in life......always try and look at the possitives, but this season has really worn me down. I can't believe the dross I have to watch running around in Arsenal kit. The players look as if they haven't got a clue - I know most of our reserves are playing due to injuries - but ffs I think AW could have bought better.

Amongst others, I would kick both Calamity Al and flappy out at the end of the season, or at least bring back Schezney  and have Almunia as no.2. He surely couldn't be worse than the two clowns ahead of him.

The last few weeks have been disgraceful but our last two away games were just the icing on the cake for me, our team just meekly surrendering the lead in both those games.

The one thing that I find even more embarrassing though is seeing the gaffer standing and moaning about every tackle the opposition make on one of our players. Open your eyes AW - they are actually allowed to tackle us (within the rules though).

And don't even get me started on the pathetic excuse he call a post match interview - Just write out the same crap at the beginning of the season - print 38 copies - send someone to read it out after the match and hey presto AW you just saved yourself a lot of time and energy.

I just hope we get the points against Fulham that we can at least finish 3rd...... :barscarf: :barscarf: :barscarf:

Second/third that. Jason Roberts is a homeless man’s Carlton Cole & we made him look threatening.

It’s the same sort of thing whenever I see the likes of Kevin Davies against other clubs - 90% of the time he looks like the shite 21st century Lee Chapman he is, but against us he somehow causes all sorts of panic.
