IF they lose they are not out of it......Bring Back Pires wrote:Quite looking forward to this.
For the second time in their club history, Spuds are one win away from securing a Champions League spot. It's the proverbial 'match point' as far as CL qualification is concerned, so let's hope they blow it after the four-year wait.

Yep. City currently have a +2 goal advantage over the Spuds, which would obviously be at least +3 if they win tonight. Thus, in my estimation, a draw for City at West Ham would be enough, as I can't see Spuds beating Burnley by 4-0 (although it isn't impossible).SammyDroppedHisShorts wrote:IF they lose they are not out of it......Bring Back Pires wrote:Quite looking forward to this.

I think City might actually struggle at West Ham, so needing only a point could work out okay.

Would be at least +4 if they win tonight, as they knock one of the spuds at the same time (sorry to be anal about this, got me thinking back to the time when I couldn't fucking work out how many goals would mean what when Liverpool beat West HamBring Back Pires wrote:Yep.
