Au revior Matty?

Au revior Matty?

Post by exiled in notts »

Rumour has it Flamini wants out this summer, citing lack of first team football as the reason. Can't say I'll be too distraught, but I'll have good memories of him filling in at left back in the Champions League run last season, especially against Real Madrid. Probably his best performances in an Arsenal shirt.

If he leaves in a dignified manner like Ralph without slagging the club and the fans then good luck to him. Although he did have a hissy fit about covering left back at the start of this season didn't he?

Yeah, respect to Ralph. The Judas Goat Cashley Hole could learn something from the man. Like NOT running around bad mouthing the club and fans that made you a millionaire. And NOT playing hide the mobile phone.

oo-er, missus...

well if he does decide to leave i wish him the best, hes been a good servant for the cause filling in at any position when called on.If hes looking an International place he has to move on because first team football won't be a regular thing for him here and how can you hold down an international place without first team football.

Can we hide aliealdier in his suitcase??

Matty was a good squad player but has now fallen down the pecking order so it's probably the right time for him the move on to pastures new. I wish him all the best 'cos he never complained about not getting games or playing out of position. True pro.
Good Luck Dude!!!

yeah... seems Matty will leave for sure... He was a good player. I know folks who didn't think much of him, but he was good for sure.

I don't know how much Arsene will be looking for a replacement for him though... There are a few names that've come up, but do we really need a replacement midfielder?
