They still gotta beat either Cardiff or Leicester.

So it could be dour and dowdy leicester or helmets and riot gear for Cardiff...

I like Holloway as a person. Managerial not that bothered but a very funny man.

My fav was when he was at Plymouth and was angry about a goal which shouldn't have been given. His comments on TV were.

"It was offside! I don't know how they didn't see it?!
Even my wife could see that was offside!...........and she wasn't even in the ground!"

Some more classic's here

Looking forward to a saturday night in B'pool. Hopefully it's our first away day in August during the bank holiday.
You know like Burnley away we will get a wet Wednesday in December......
That was my thought. Just our luck to get them midweek....

Anyone remember when Brighton came up and we did indeed get them first game of the season. Great day out to the coast. And I think we won 4-0.

I think that's changed a lot since they've moved to their new "ground"

Regarding DJ he was playing non league at Yeading in the Isthmian League before they merged with Hayes, before going to Brentford then Birminghan in Steve Bruce's days. He's currently on loan at Blackpool from Leicester so might not be able to play if Lecester get past Cardiff. Also recently he was arrested at Blackpool's training ground in front of the manager and players in connection with a stabbing outside a London nightclub in January so he's on bail at the moment.

Def want Cardiff to get through - that's one of teh exciting things going to a new ground/newly promoted, but absolutely no chance with tickets for most of us (if Blackpool win through), BTW was at the Cardiff Pompey cup final 2 years ago (amongst Cardiff) and theyre still the same - the old boys are the worst ... some real nutters amongst them!

its not that intimidating nowadays, but their fans are still a set of *word censored*. hope blackpool turn the welsh *word censored* over, cardiff go bust, and they fuck off back to wales. ha'way blackpool, fuck these bastards off the pitch
