Arsenal.com Transfer linked.....Whats the point???????

Just what is the point of the offical site having players linked with us in the press on it??? is it just to take the piss out of us even more????????

A more cynical man than me might say it’s mainly just an attempt to drive more traffic to the site. And/or to lend just enough credence to ridiculous rumours (whilst maintaining enough plausible deniability when said rumours come to nothing) to encourage season ticket renewals from fans excited at the prospect of new signings. But I’m not a cynic so I’m not saying that.

I doubt it but hope that this is the club biting back at the clubs around us that have used the press as a negotiator when it comes to transfers. :shock: :twisted:

If a certain player see's a link to them on our official website it could possibly be seen as a calling card. :roll: :shock: :twisted:

This is a strange one on the official. :shock: :? And I dont buy into the lets fuck with their heads theory. Its just not how clubs or their websites work.

They're taking the piss...but if you think about it.......they making themselves look stupid. How can you be the official site of Arsenal Football Club and not know what the tranfer news is. If it was all about transfer rumours, then the Cesc one should have been on there by now.....ffs
