THE WORST PLAYER TO WEAR AN ARSENAL SHIRT!

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Spot on, Potter!

He was a big geezer. Looked the part. But was fuckin useless.

Amazingly, he kept Bob Wilson out of the team for many years. :?

Over time the memory and mind play tricks on you and you forget how shit some of the players in our past really were cos we are looking at shite like below average al and diaby each week

From memory colin pates wasnt a great buy nor was tommy caton although I will also tip my hat off to whoever nominated kaba diawara cos he was shite  In recent times, and I know he was only a loan signing, but for me there was nobody worse than the ox in the box baptista - sweet jesus this guy was utter ***** and yet he is still playing for brazil

Overall though it is very hard to say that this player or that player is worse than some of the signings that never ever seen game time

Oi don't knock Jimmy Carter, he scored two goals in my first ever football match! Although he did very little before and after that game against Southampton in 93!

Danilevcious was crap too!

In my time Pascal Cygan has to take the honour and is closely follwed by Mart Poom. Im trying to rack my brain but i cant remember in the past 10-12 years us having such average plaers as we do now.

Of all the players we have had, even in the last 10-12 years, you choose a guy who hardly played at all  :?

At least Cygan somehow qualifies because he had enough games to ruin our lives. :D
