THE WORST PLAYER TO WEAR AN ARSENAL SHIRT!

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Oh yeah Nelson Vivas and the cataclysmic defending at Elland Road and Hasselwank beating him to that cross :( back in 1999. That team should have won something we played beautiful football with Kanu in the side.

I liked Vivas, a bit underrated I think. Didn't do too well but he was an Argentina international at the time and had a decent reputation.

He was a dirty little bastard wasn't he as well. I remember when he elbowed that *word censored* Nicky Butt and got sent off for it. Didn't mind a booking or two either.

again not the worse, ok not the best, remember him scoring a hattrick v Watford... :? :?

Edit... Hmmm... again Wilf Rostron wasn't a bad player, couldn't get into our team, and went on for a half decent career with Watford and Sunderland (I think)

Mark Heeley was a type of Wenger type of player, very slight, purchased from Peterborough, showed promise until he was kicked totally off the park by a european team (can't remember who) in the UEFA cup.
Just remembered (I think) it was Red Star Belgrade... :? :?

I asked my mum who she thought was the worst and she said his name almost instantly! Heard he was done for rape too? :?
This accusation was flying about in the build up to a game v the filth I believe?

Clive Allen; never did anything worthwhile the whole time he was with the club. I can`t remember one decent thing he did on the pitch for us.
Otherwise, Blockley, Ure, Mancini, Stepanovs, most of the centre halves really!
