And their forward line is frightening Tevez, Aguero, Messi and Milito! Has any nation got a better set of forwards than that?
What, you saying that the likes of Heskey, Crouch, Defoe and Rooney don't match up to them? :?

I'm currently watching Mexico beating Italy 1-0, Carlos Vela the goalscorer with a lovely half-volley after a beautiful chip by Dos Santos!! :barscarf: 8) The South Americans have looked really good. In fact, they have bossed the game every bit as much as they did the first half against England and could be at least 3 or 4 up!!

All bias aside, our young lad Vela has been by far the Mexicans best player could have had a penalty and has set up a further couple of chances. Man Utd's new signing Hernandez has also looked sharp and seems to have lots of pace - although he did miss a sitter from 6 yards when put clear by Vela.

Earlier watched Spain against South Korea and Arsenal's Cesc had a very decent game (albeit only 60 minutes), hitting the bar with a curling effort from the edge of the box.

Mexico now 2-0 up!!  No less than they deserve on the balance of play and chances created. Italy are shockingly bad and in my opinion will not be retaining their trophy!!!

spain may not have the numbers up front, but with support from xavi, iniesta, fabregas, alonso, mata, silva, navas, martinez who will all chip in some goals too, i think (rather obviously) that they have the best chance.

argentina at the back, and with maradona i think will be shaky as hell. their keepers have got 13 caps between them

Thanks IHH.

Really doesnt do me or many others any good to have to see pics like that (graphic leg break for those reading after image deleted). As you say, i dont mind people posting pics like that or links to them so long as its flagged by the poster as to the graphic content.

It aint funny...

Didier Drogba got injured against Japan and it seems he fractured his right ulna. He will certainly miss the WC...

can't players play with any cast like things on? since they still play when they have broken their nose/cheek bone etc or fractured their skull.
