As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

I get the impression Brady was a little excited by the sp*rtz result...

Have to say I too am delighted by their misfortune and I really don't give a toss how bitter or childish that sounds. 8)

Last night shows them for what they are - they have only played 3 quality teams in their cup draws this season - Arsenal, Cheslki and Seville.

I have been getting bloody sick and tired of hearing about their 'great cup runs' this season - as a reminder, I provide the facts!

League Cup - MK Dons, Port Vale (which went to extra time!), Southend - then played Arsenal and went out.

FA Cup - Cardiff, Southend, Fulham and then Chelsea and went out.

UEFA - Slavia Prague, Besiktas, Leverkusen, Bucharest, Braga and then Seville who knocked them out.

Great cup run? - don't make me laugh - extremely fortunate draws more like! Just hope Reading and Portsmouth get a late run together and ensure they don't get a sniff of another UEFA Cup spot for next year.
