As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.
Ask yourself this question would they get anywhere near the Chelsea and Man Utd teams?
They are simply not good enough for a team that has ambitions of winning trophies
Denilson can pass.Balls 5 yards square and thats it.He has no pace and cant tackle
Diaby just doesnt have a brain
Would do ok at West Ham but not at Arsenal. And some still wonder why Cesc wants to leave

I thought I was watching a different player.... Diaby played very well, in addition, Sagna's crosses were class and dangerous, with his right foot and even left foot... What happens to these players when they pull on our shirt...

Yeah, Diaby and Sagna often seemed the most dangerous players for France tonight. That said, we all know how Diaby can play well in one game and then awful for the next three or four.

According to our french correspondant Vince, hes played very well in the last few warm up games too!
Personally I thought that toulan was the best player of the pitch tonight although forlan ran him close. To be fair it wasnt an easy game for any midfielder to stand out which may explain why a DM looked the best of them. I was interested in watching gourcuff to judge him and see if he was worthy of the hype - tbh he looked very peripheral but did look good in possession and his corners were very threatening. Overall he didnt do enough tonite to convince me but he has a few more games to show if he is the man to replace cesc or not

Just on that one performance you can see he's not an able replacement for Cesc, even at his worst Cesc is more influential and looks better on the ball than Gourcouff tonight..
