The0-0!

Not sure Theo would have been better than Lennon, Heskey and Wright-Phillips - but he sure couldn't have been worse!

And did I imagine that I saw Lennon cutting inside? You can get sent home for that...

A message to the England players, we are so sorry to see that the world cup has interupted your overly expensive holiday's, so please come home and stop embarrasing our proud nation with this shambles. Capello, your nice big pay check and years upon years of experience has still not taught you that the best teams do not play 4-4-2. Utter disgrace. I nearly spent thousands on going to the Algeria and Slovenia games, I very so grateful i did not and would like to see these over paid primadona's put their hands in their VERY deep pockets and reimburse the thousands of fans who have had their hard earned money shoved down their throats. England til' I die? Club before country? You make my decision VERY easy performing like that.

Predictably crap! Walcott shouldn't be there, but then there are so many others who also shouldn't be there....so maybe he should!

Is there a rule against taking off Rooney and Lampard.....both of whom were dreadful.

That said....still unbeaten in two games and (unlike France) our destiny is still in our hands.

PS IPA ran out in our football club so I went onto some stupidly strong Greene King beer that is ok for a pint but definitely not for a session, so now finding it incredibly difficult to type and will sign off there..........

Arrogance? No offence mate but i have more quality in my little toe then that entire algerian team. The only team in world football that doesn't have the right to arrogance when approaching a game against algeria is Dog & Duck United.

No need for insults mate...G19 is only giving his personal point of view. I frankly wouldn't care about the quality you possess in your little toe, 'cos that isn't the argument.

Maybe the Ingurlish press should stop blowing smoke up the players @rses, will help the players realise their shortcomings. I have too say, on their day if all Ingurlish players perform at the top of their game, they are world beaters   , but evryone seems to paper over the cracks and hope for the best. FFS even Shrek came out today and said something along the line that, even if england don't perform at their best they will still beat Algeria.

So how bad were they?

Wheres the insult? its a fairly honest and accurate assesment of the Algerian national football team which is easily backed up by their results, no personal insults included at any point.

That was frankly the worst England performce i have ever seen in my entire life yet we still have not lost the game. If anything we were over generous to the algerians before the game with capello describing them as a "good team".

Once again, nothing personal against Gunner19 or Algerians, just an honest account.

EDIT: As for the Press comment, its easy to blame the media but really, if these players cant honestly assess their own performances without the help of the press then frankly they do not deserve to be playing football at a proffessional level.

There's your insult mate. I BOLDED it for you. I honestly don't care how the Ingurland team performs, because they all seem to believe their own hype. As I said earlier, on their day they can be world class, but they ain't as good as the media makes them out to be.

A fan got into the dressing room and hopefully gave rooney and the rest the earfull they deserved.

Fan enters England dressing room
The Football Association has made a complaint to World Cup organisers Fifa after a fan breached security and entered the England dressing room.

The incident came after England's 0-0 draw with Algeria in Group C at the Cape Town Stadium.

The intruder was escorted out shortly after a "few verbals" but the incident has angered the security-conscious FA.

"This is not acceptable and thankfully no serious harm was done," read an FA statement on Friday evening.

Princes William and Harry, who have been on a tour of southern Africa, were in attendance in Cape Town and had been present in the dressing room after the match.

However, both members of the Royal family had left the dressing room by the time of the security breach.

"There is a lot of Fifa security in the stadium but unfortunately one fan got through all of that and managed to get into the dressing room after the game but thankfully no real harm other than a few verbals," said Adrian Bevington, managing director of Club England.

The FA will expect security to be watertight as England head to Port Elizabeth for their final Group C match against Slovenia on Wednesday 23 June.

"Thankfully no real damage done but we got to make sure this can't happen again for us or for any other team," added Bevington.

"It's not our security people's fault, they do a sterling job wherever they go. I'm sure Fifa will accept responsibility for this and we have to make sure it doesn't happen again."

England's travelling fans showed their displeasure with their team's efforts by booing them off the pitch at the end of their second group game.

Striker Wayne Rooney looked into a TV camera and said: "Nice to see your own fans booing you, that's what loyal support is".
