Eduardo set to leave Arsenal after Arsene Wenger tells him that he will not be in team's plans next season - report
Croatia striker Eduardo is likely leaving Arsenal after Arsene Wenger informed him that he will not be a part of his first-team plans next year.
The 27-year-old has struggled to return from the broken leg and dislocated ankle he suffered in 2008 that almost ended his football career, failing to score in his final 12 matches for the Gunners.
Wenger recently signed former Bordeaux striker Marouane Chamakh to pair upfront with Robin van Persie and the Frenchman believes that Eduardo should try to rejuvenate his career at a different club, according to the Daily Mail.
The Croatian is believed to favour a move to a different European league in order to leave the more physical Premier League.
++++
Looks like Eduardo could be on his way, a real shame this, thanks to that thug Taylor he's never been the same player, that and the Celtic penalty incident that got massively overblown because he's an Arsenal player.
Wish him well, if this is true.

Oh well heres to Carlos Vela Arsenal's new No.9, goodluck you will need it
The number 9 shirt didnt do Alan Smith any harm. Its not about the number its about the player, all the wearers of 9 you mentioned above werent up to it then only one that had bad luck was Eduardo with is injury

I was thinking that as well, shame it probably wont happen. Surely this whole situation with Toure in and him out highlights how stupid the whole man city way of doing things is; you pay £15-16 odd million for a player (when you could of had him for peanuts the next summer) then ship him out some 18 months later, idiotsaugie wrote:Not a transfer rumour as such but I read on one of yesterdays papers that nigel de jong could be one of the departures from man shitty this summer and imo he could be exactly what we need in midfield....a tough put the boot in mobile defensive midfielder who is disciplined enough positionally too

On the upside he's supposed to be pretty good friends with RVP isnt he? Maybe Robin could put a good word in?

Maybe we could swap Denilson for him. The Scousers might see him as a ready made replacement for Gerrard(!!!!!!!!!).![]()

Only if some rosetinter or ladyboybrazgoon becomes the new Liverpool manager.

Before he went to Citeh i would have thought it was a decent signing for us, but i have seen nothing from him at Citeh to suggest he would be worth us paying any kind of money for, he would be a far better option than Denilson but for what he would cost i think there must be better out there...augie wrote:Not a transfer rumour as such but I read on one of yesterdays papers that nigel de jong could be one of the departures from man shitty this summer and imo he could be exactly what we need in midfield....a tough put the boot in mobile defensive midfielder who is disciplined enough positionally too
Arsene Wenger's BlackBerry prevents Gunners pushing through deal for Laurent Koscielny

According to sky our scummy neighbours have made a bid for the danish centre back kjaer - is this to be another quality playing moving clubs while we sit on our arses waiting for our beloved leader to return from his part time gig in south africa and do the job that he is actually meant to be doing ?
