Debate the intent of the handball last night if you want but to suggest changing the suspension half way through a world cup is laughable and embarassing The rules are the rules and they do not allow for changes depending on the circumstances of the indescretion and ye seem to think cos it was in the last minute of extra time in a world cup quarter final that he should be treated differently to a player that does the same thing 10 minutes into a league two match next season
Don't think there will be any point in changing the rules after the fact where Suarez is concerned, once you allow that you open a nasty can of worms that will probably get legally challenged by clubs.
I would say Suarez's comments afterwards makes him a bit of a scum bag. At least Henry had the sense to keep his head down. Glorifying what he did is just taking the piss.
Guarantee you if he comes up against a Ghanaian in European club competition or in the Eredivisie there will be bound to be some afters
