At every tier of football there are rules in place that ensure the ground meets certain requirements before you are allowed in. Do those rules not apply in the Premier League....?

You would've thought so. Imagine if we were playing them away first game of the season and that had been reversed.....lot of ppl would've been furious at missing Blackpool away in August :banghead:
