Ive been thinking this for a couple of days now whether you agree with USMartin or not im not sure this thread or any of the others shoud turn into a bullying thread on him. He does go on about the board and i dont normally comment on his threads as, i must be honest, it doesnt interest me much and im not into all this board stuff and cant be bother to read massively long posts from him and others (he is not solely to blame). Lets not start bullying him lads because he thinks differently to you

Agreed. Forums are all about differing opinions. If you don't like what someone posts maybe just don't read it. I do that with all of diggers "posts"...flash gunner wrote:Ive been thinking this for a couple of days now whether you agree with USMartin or not im not sure this thread or any of the others shoud turn into a bullying thread on him. Sorry but the situation is not as simple.DB10GOONER wrote:Agreed. Forums are all about differing opinions. If you don't like what someone posts maybe just don't read it. I am in no way in favour of bullying anyone on here, I have had personal clashes in the past that overstepped the mark.
But USMartin has been bullying and insulting other Forum members.
His long threads were answered by myself and others in good faith and in a totally non personal way.
USMartin responded by personally insulting and trying to bully other Forum members.
Even when I continued to just try and discuss the finances etc with him, and disgareed with his point of view, he insisted on turning it personal, he insisted that anyone who does not share his opinion of the board is morally wrong and gutless!
Whoever "USMartin" is, is not a regular poster, he is either a weird obsessive who gets a kick from insulting other people on here or a stooge for a takeover group.
Either way, he has not joined this place in good faith or desire to show respect to other posters.
No you are favor of censoring views you don’t disagree and using any means necessary to discredit them including deliberate lies on a repeated basis including in this post, and you have proven that yourself repatedly. To be fair the first line is honest - its about the only really honest line in this piece.QuartzGooner wrote: Sorry but the situation is not as simple.

It should be noted - and I’m no professional therapist - here, that many people who engage in bullying behavior are quick to portray themselves as the victim to justify their own conduct.QuartzGooner wrote: But USMartin has been bullying and insulting other Forum members. His long threads were answered by myself and others in good faith and in a totally non personal way.

Again the focus are portraying himself and those with him as the victim to justify their actions – or his own at the very least. Let’s be clear - I haven’t felt bullied , though I genuinely appreciate those speaking on my behalf in this regard - however I know I have not engaged in bullying anyone. Have I been as one fellow poster suggested to me off the forum a bit of “a bull in a china shopâ€

Prove you are a stooge for a takeover group? I could not prove that, I just suggest it.USMartin wrote:If you feel aggrieved by what I have stated above the solution is simple - prove or your allegartions or acknowledge they are without basis. If you do neither you make everything I wrote fact. And somehow I'm gonna guess you won't have chance to forget that lack of integrity of yours for awhile.
Just as you cannot prove your theory on the board.
You have no evidence. It is merely your theory.
In over 17 pages of previous threads you failed to produce evidence, because unless you are a board member in disguise, or acting on behalf of a present or past board member, you were not privy to the meetings that mattered.
Prove you are obsessed with the "Board" and your theory about them?
No need to.
You go on about it ad infinitum. It proves itself.
To think I would take lessons in "Integrity" from you haha.
Your moral compass skewed to spew anger at anyone who does not bow down to your theory on the board.
What are these "scars" that you obtained in your "Fight for Arsenal" that you brag about in an earlier post?
Another poster asked about them, where are the these scars?

I didn't see this earlier - apologies for missing itstg wrote:If Wenger was to suddenly up sticks and leave would the new manager have money to spend on new players
Yes or No?
Uncertain. I think there is no dispute that there is money at the club and a fairly significant amount even beyond what or loan obligations require we withhold from spending.
Having said that I am not confident any new manager would suddenly find significantly more money to spend because of the tightened wage structure.. Remember while our wage bill has grown by 30% since 2004 the fact is that we have fewer players on the list of Europe's Highest Paid Footballers than at that time and that our highest paid players earns about 75% - 81% of what our highest paid player in 2004 did.
And since the competitve wage market has increased to where a player paid 90K a week is only the 47th highest paid footballer, the new wgae structure limits the ability to sign better and more highly valued players ahead of time but doesn't stop the Board insisting more money is available to spend in theory at the very least? Would you acknowledge that much?
So until this matter clears up I'm not sure any new manager would have more money to spend or the actual opportunity to spend it at any rate, bnot the money is not there in the accounts.
