SPURS AGAIN IN THE CARLING CUP SEMI !!

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

I agree with rebel!

To ensure we don't lose to the Spuds I would like us to field a back four far to strong for them that consists of......

Akers Lewin Steward 428 Stepanov

Realy didnt want this fixure... On carling cup night i get the rare chance to watch Arsenal and not be extreamly nervous. Just feeling that getting anywhere is a bonus.

Playing the scum is a different thing all together.. away for the second leg too.. dear o dear..

God let us win!

With them getting 2 wins in a row for the 1st time since ww2 or whenever we really need to clip their wings big time this saturday. If we do that and they return to their patchy form then I would stick with the kids at least for the 1st leg at home but if they are still on a fairly good run at that stage then its mostly a 1st team line up for me. Cant take any chances of these *word censored* winning silverware again

Have just noticed that 3 players sent off over the last 2 nights for dangerous 2 footed tackles and am told that malbranque should have walked as well for another 2 footed tackle. Spurs claim red card was wrong and lodged an appeal, benitez defended crouch saying he had been kicked from behind in the lead up to the tackle and that chelski players are allowed get away with too much(or something to that effect) while wenger stated that denilson was wrong to tackle like that. 3 clubs/managers and the only ones to hold their hands up are us and the media slates us for wenger never seeing anything wrong ??
