NEW CLOCK

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

definitely agree, but it's a piece of our history, it had to be put there in the first place. maybe in some kind of thing as it was in the original clock end (just not to make it look out of place) :)

The other picture looks great. But I kinda see what you mean.
It fantastic that the clock is back.

It's a bit like a the clock on the scaffolding on the old Clock end. just stuck on.
Maybe in a few years we can have some sort of surround which is in keeping with the stadium.

that's what i meant! i'm afraid it had to be planned before, it'd seem..strange if they did this sort of thing now

It's clearly an afterthought, but it looks a lot better there than stuck on the arse-end of a TV screen.

It does kinda have the feel of the old clock end. Now just bring back the terraces.

I'm pretty sure it's been changed a few times. There was a rumour/legend that it was lost when the executive boxes were being built in the late 1980s
