If your talking about a film... off the top of my head... Airplane, Something about Mary and Scary Movie are all up there....

airplane is by far the funniest movie ever

and for those who like cartoons, the south park movie is very funny as well

I've kind of spoilt Airplane a bit because i watched it so many times so it doesn't seem as good as it once did, but the first fifty times i watched it it was definitely the funniest film i had seen......Although i have to say the Spurs end of season video usually runs it close...

Also loved Cheers, Frasier, the Office (original Brit version), Father Ted, Fawlty Towers and Partridge.
