It's sad that that people find the cause of the problem so boring but complain endlessly about the consequences.

BTW - NBM you had my understanding till that last bit. That's personal and I didn't need to know

Seriously if you spent as much time learning about what is going on at Arsenal as finding cute and clever ways to express your boredom maybe things wouldn't be so dire after and you wouldn't have to do so much of this :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: day after day year after year.

Our ignorance has let the Board get away with too much to now. That won't change one bit from here if this is any indication mates.. Yes its boring - of course its boring - but its all damned improtant as the teamm we send out on the pitch at Anfield will remind you all yet again especially if its the team I've hear it will be with Wilshere and Frimpong and either Almunia or Fabianski in it and no Cesc or no Song or no VanPersie . Is that prospect boring then?

Just because its a drag to discuss doesn't make it meaningless.

If I was Mr. Wenger Moussa Sissoko and Vincent Kompany (for his ability to play at and across the back and in central midfield) would already be at the Club now no ifs ands or buts, and I would be warily eyeing Romelu Lukaku who could be a 20 goal scorer for us at 17 and still qualify as home-grown player three years on giving us room for one more bigger name international player then. I would Pair Kompany with Veramelen staright away and as Koscieny found his feet(he's already here so it is too late not to buy him) play him him as cover for Song as well.

Our best teams had a number of players who could genuinely play multiple positions effectively and that makes even more sense now with the squad size limits. Before it was just value for monye that drove that, but it worked well enough then I'd suggest.

Sissoko would give me the option of playing 4-3-3 with him in the Essien role or if I sold Cesc in a 4-4-2 in the Vieira role so he would be a mjor factor however we move forward from here much as Vieira was the corner stone of the Original Wenger Revolution at Arsenal.

Martin, I find this much easier to read than your usual posts and express's some good opinions rather than going on about the board all the time. Not sure about Sissoko as I feel he would demand a starting place and I would rather see Alex Songs development continue and am happy to have Frimpong as cover at the mo. We may not even need to player a holding player against some of the teams who do not pose as much as an attacking threat as the usual suspects.

I agree that Kompany would be a great addition to our squad and if experience at DM was needed then he could provide this as well as giving us options and experience at the back which we so desperately need. As you say this flexibility would also be a good thing considering squad restrictions.
