Wenger talked about signing experience but this is taking things a step too far...I mean I know he scored a belter against Sampdoria in 1995 but surely this will kill Denilsons progress!
I don't want to hear whining about "Oh he's not good enough!". People wanted a better keeper and they're getting it and I'm already hearing whining about the 'quality' of the signing.
Frankly it makes perfect sense to find a good keeper with 2-3 years left in him; Arsenal has 'Chesney' coming (and who knows, maybe Fabianski will find a genie and wish himself better too).
