Waited all summer & it went pretty much as expected. We were pretty much all round awful. Almunia no better than last season, how he's still here yet alone captain is beyond belief. Only Wenger could stick with him. Offered nothing going forward, had to rely on Reina throwing it in his own net. Doesn't bode well i'm afraid.

What a silly sending off
Almunia doesnt do it for me anymore. He only caught one cross the entire game and came and flapped at way too many. He shouldnt have let N'gog score there getting beat at his near post is inexcusable and very similar to Ibrahimovic's goal for Barca at the Emirates.
His time as an Arsenal player has run out if it was up to me.
