Friends and Family service

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Friends and Family service

Post by 12thGooner »

Has anyone else had the email about this.
....
We are also delighted to offer all members of The Arsenal an opportunity to use our Friends and Family service for the forthcoming Premier League fixture with Bolton on Saturday 11th September. This allows members to buy an additional four tickets on their membership account.
.....
This is clear indication that not as many people have paid out for the membership pack/scheme this season, thus resulting in fewer unique potential ticket purchasers.
The club must be getting worried and to encourage "group" purchases they have started this scheme off.

Reading between the lines I see its just for the one game.....so far!
I think they'll be utilising this for the 'quieter' attended games this season.

Did the same for Hull last season. Was a chance to take my Dad along, given we don't have a 2 for 1 entrance policy like Liverpool it seemed like a way that the club can sell tickets without GSing crap games and allowing members to take someone else along.

I think it might be 5 ticks per member though, but not sure.

Yes, and it's very worrying, especially when she has an opinion that is correct... :?
