because spending money to achieve nothing reduces the sell on price.
The premiere league is a two horse race and those manc *word censored* need it more than anything to keep up their global exposure and that of the leagues. The real prize is finishing in the top 4.

...because there is no one out there that can improve on Denilson, Almunia, Diaby and Bendtner, he does not want to kill them and the kids in the under elevens are showing real desire and mental strength so may aswel wait for them to mature.
