well done bob

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Havent seen a thread yet - if there is one apologies!

but well done bob wilson on his OBE, a true arsenal legend part of our double winning team. I was fortunate to get his autograph at the gala dinner in the summer, and he was a very nice down to earth man, and his talk about the willow foundation and his daughter was very humbling. Nice to see his work hasnt gone unnoticed.

There is one - called "Congratulations to Bob Wilson"!!! :wink:

Not to worry Tom, can't have enough good things said about Bob; the man is a legend and a true gent 8) . I've met him three times (first two told in boring detail on here :wink: ) and he was so nice each time. The last time was on the way up to the Rocket before the chav$ki game and he stopped for photos and a chat. Great, great bloke. 8)
