Yes, it does appear that Wenger doesn't give a shit who wears the captain armband, Gallas (when imo, Gilberto should have got it) and now when Cesc/RVP are out our hapless 'goalie' Alumunia. Hmmm...

I truly do think that I was the only supporter that ever liked Gallas!

He was/is a quality centre half and I personally feel it is a fucking shame that it has come to this. He would still be a fantastic partner for Tommy!

I know most hated his actions at Birmingham but I always thought I would prefer someone like him in the trenches with me rather than some of the other soppy fuckers I have seen wearing our shirt. He cared, that much is obvious and I don't think he should be chastised for that! If some of our other players had a bit more 'fuck you' attitude they would be better players for it.

He is joining The Heebs and regardless for my past thoughts for him I now hate the *word censored*! I hope he contracts dysentry in those *word censored* swamp and dies a long and slow death while rats knaw on his scrotum!

Don't care that much.

He'd already left us, so its not as if Spurs got him from us. We were just his previous money source and we'd given up trying to re-sign him. RVP has already taken his number.

He can still be a good defender and depening on the wages they are paying him, could be a good bit of business for Twitcher.

Never won anything with us, won loads with Chelsea. Disruptive. Never spoke to anyone. Never a gooner.

Ignore him if he plays for them aganst us. I'd boo rat-face and the pikey more than him.

You can call Gallas what you like, a lot of I would agree with, but a fanny?

Tbh I thought Gallas got a rough time from some, seeing as what he said about some of the players was ultimatley true and is what most of us have been saying on here.

However, his best days are behind him, he's incredibly injury prone, and his attitude is disruptive. Chances are he wont be first choice, which could see him throw his toys about which he's prone to doing.

As someone said its not like he's left us to go there, he's been released and we're moving on. Its funny how the spurs fans hate him.

I think he gets too much stick for the Birmingham game. To have your in-form striker fucked up, your players bottle it, then the ref to rip you off with the most wanky penalty award ever in the space of one match was a massive fucking injustice

However, he was never tall enough to play centre back. We never won the ball from corners etc. I'd just like to see us sign a big bastard who'll win everything in the air.

Nah, I've always defended Gallas on here. He had a better attitude than most when he played and was one of our better players for the last few years (better than Kolo, who most people were happy to see go last year).

Arsenal wanted to cut his wages - he wasn't asking for more. I'm not fussed he's going to the scum - he came from Chelsea after all - so he was never going to me arsenal through and through like players who grew up at the club. And he hasnt openly whored himself about like Cashley or Adebayor. He's on his last days and wants some money to reflect his experience and quality. Abusing him is pointless. I imagine he'll probably have a blinding season now

Wonder what will happen to his exceutive box at Arsenal....

A decent quality CB skillwise, but an absolute asshole in the locker room. His captaincy was disappointing at best. I don't know if his physical ability would ever make up for what a cancer he must be amongst the players...
