CAN'T TOTALLY RULE THEM OUT YET AS THEY ARE ONE OF THE TEAMS THAT CAN PUT A RUN OF 8-10 WINNING GAMES TOGETHER. HOWEVER, THEY HAVE MADE THINGS MORE DIFFICULT FOR THEMSELVES WITH THEIR DRAW THIS EVENING AND THE GENERALLY POOR HOME FORM THIS SEASON.

MUST SAY THAT IF I HAD TO CHOOSE ANYONE BUT ARSENAL TO WIN THE TITLE, I WOULD LIKE LIVERPOOL TO. RATHER THEM THAN MAN UNITED OR - GOD FORBID - CHELSEA. :x

Think Liverpool are all but out of it. They still have to play away to Arsenal, The Manc & Chelski - games they will need to win but in all likelihood they will take 1-2 points from at the most.

I'm much the same as IHH in that Liverpool would be my second choice of the teams in the big four after us.

But I do think that they're out of it this season. Chelsea will be next.

C'mon Hlebby, no way will Liverpool win the title, not that they're such a bad side but they would have to overtake us AND Utd to do it and I also personally don't think there's any chance of Rafa still bein in charge next season so I don't think there'll be any more money for him to spend this month, unless the owners start gettin worried that they might not even get fourth, which again doesn't bode to well for Benitez' future!

MAYBE YOU ARE RIGHT BELFAST BOY, BUT THERE ARE STILL SO MANY GAMES TO GO THAT 10 POINTS ISN'T THAT MUCH WHEN 51 ARE STILL AVAILABLE.

THIS SEASON HAS SEEN SOME UNUSUAL RESULTS AND THE SIDE THAT EVENTUALLY WINS THE TITLE MIGHT HAVE SOMETHING LIKE 5 OR 6 DEFEATS TO THEIR NAME COME THE END OF THE SEASON (ALTHOUGH HOPEFULLY WE CAN WIN IT LOSING LESS!).

ALSO, LIVERPOOL STILL HAVE TO PLAY ALL OF THE TOP THREE - ALBEIT AWAY - AND YOU WOULDN'T SAY IT WAS BEYOND REASON FOR THEM TO WIN THOSE GAMES.

WITH 3 POINTS FOR A WIN, EVEN DRAWING A FEW GAMES MEANS LOST POINTS (AS LIVERPOOL THEMSELVES HAVE PROVEN) AND IT WOULD ONLY TAKE US AND MAN UTD TO LOSE 1 AND DRAW FOUR GAMES, WHILST AT THE SAME TIME LIVERPOOL WIN THEIR CORESSPONDING MATCHES, FOR THEM TO MAKE UP THE DIFFERENCE. IT'S PROBABLY UNLIKELY, BUT CERTAINLY NOT IMPOSSIBLE.

Maybe not beyond reason Hlebster but their previous Premiership form against the rest of the top three especially away is extremely poor!

YEP, CAN'T ARGUE WITH THAT B.B.

STILL - AND MAYBE IT'S JUST THE NATURAL PESSIMIST IN ME - I WOULD BE LOATHE TO RULE THEM OUT, GIVEN THE STRENGTH OF THEIR SQUAD, UNTIL IT IS MORE OR LESS STATISTICALLY IMPOSSIBLE FOR THEM TO WIN IT.
