we looking for decent beaches, nightlife (not necessarily ayia napa levels), nice women, maybe milfs, and heat...need to go tantastic.

I've been to the Canaries quite a lot, Mantis.
Correlejo, in Fuertaventura, is quietish.
If you want a bit more lively then I'd suggest ....
Lanzarote, but stay near to the main resort Puerta del Carmen. Matagorda is good. Just on the edge. You can walk or get a cheap cab.
Gran Canaria. Playa de Ingles is lively for nightlife. It joins on to Las Palomas which is more quiet. You can walk between the two places along the beach (nudists along the way, so be warned, it's not a pretty sight, loads of very old Germans etc, and there's a section for the "tennis players").
Tenerife. Quite lively anywhere in the south. Brits seem to be more plentyful there than Gran Canaria.
Canaries is great for sunshine and heat during the UK winter. But at this time of year you could get a similar climate in other places. Turkey is good for cheap all-inclusive holidays. Hotels are mostly 5 star rated. Anywhere in eastern europe is good value. Better than the Euro zone countries. And when the Greeks get used to the idea that their economy is bollocksed (and start being cheap again) I'd deffo visit the islands again.
