I'm sure those companies who are relying on his family image to help sell their products will want to know, but i dont think its something that the general public need to read about. I couldnt give a fuck about these companies who want to pay footballers millions of pounds in sponsorship, they are one of many things that are ruining our game imo. people all make mistakes though, no need to be named and shamed. Maybe the editor of the mirror likes his wife to shit in his mouth whilst calling him a bitch, it doesnt mean it is worthy of being printed and read by millions. If it doesnt affect his ability to play football (like if he was out on drugs all the time etc) then i dont think we have any right to know about his private life. Rooney is in a job like everyone else, and just because it is a much more high profile and well paid job than most, doesnt give us the right to know the intimate details of his personal life. The people who wrote these stories probably have partners, maybe i'll go up and ask them how big their wifes tits are, or how many fingers you can stuff up her minge.
