To be honest, it's not much of a story is it? Bloke seeks some consequence free sexual relief with a brass whilst Mrs is pregnant. It's happening everywhere, all the time, through history.

And Shrek is, apart from his football talent, an ordinary working class scouse lad, like tens of thousands of others. What does make this different is that unlike all the other men doing the same, there aren't a pack of journalists trying to uncover and expose those secrets and weaknesses. What might have remained secret for Joe Ordinary allowing him to deal with it (perhaps he would have grown out of the need once the baby was born) is splashed over the papers. If Mrs Ordinary found out her hubby had been playing away she could deal with it privately. Not so for Mrs Shrek.

Much as I dislike Shrek, I don't need to know where he sticks his cock and frankly don't care. In any group of men there will be some who are more likely to do this kind of thing and some that are less likely, but I am not going to judge him on this.

I cannot believe anyone is actually defending this repulsive cheating cocksucker! He cheats on the pitch, he cheats in life.

I have no sympathy for the idiot. He took a marriage vow. He has a kid. He sells his image as a "family man" and is a role model for millions of kids. He has betrayed all of those ideals. What if he brought home a dose of the clap to his wife or some other easily passed infection/virus to his kid?

You cannot sell your wedding pics for millions to a rag one day and then complain when that same media attention turns around and bites you on the ass with these type of revelations the next. It's a double edged sword and he chose to play with it.

And sorry, if anyone thinks his wife would be as rich and famous without him they are deluded. She is an averagely attractive woman of pretty low intelligence at best.

Success and wealth are often "handed" to people like her. Look at Jordan... a brain dead repulsive skank, but a multi-millionaire all the same...
