it does say on the form that when you plan to take someone to court you should iscuss the option with them, so i would also advise saying you are planning to recover the cost of the phone via the court system and offer the option to pay upfront for it.

just the fact im paying £50 for another 15 months, just for the sim card, could get the same allowance for £20 on simplicity, and as i have a phone already, its not like i would use the sim, but wud have used the iphone rather than my nokia n97 shitpiece
