FEC 2/3

Highlight Find Channels then press select button
Highlight 50630 and press Yellow button to store channel
Press select button twice
Press backup twice to return to services menu

To select channel
Press Services button
8 - Other Channels
Highlight 50630 and press select

Yep but I think you have to have to be a Setanta subscriber for them to work in the first place, and it's really only a sneak preview as they don't seem to be showing complete games yet, and probably won't until it launches for real on the 14th - I think
