Arsenal's talented midfielder Alexander Hleb has become a big-money target for Barcelona as they are resigned to losing Deco. The Catalan side are also tracking Cesc Fabregas, Manchester United's Cristiano Ronaldo and Liverpool's Xabi Alonso. (Mirror)

Whenever a player is doing well you can guarantee that the newspapers will link them to Barcelona. We all know its bollocks but they print it anyway. :roll:
The newspaper report relates specifically to the January transfer window, so what use would those players be to Barca now? None at all. They are all cup-tied in CL.
I think this is more to do with agents trying to increase their earnings than it is Barcelona :roll:

I hope you are right about telling Barca to fuck off.But the reason the Spanish giants keep coming after our best players is history says we always sell in the end. I have said before on this forum why when we are the 2nd richest club in the world dont we go after some of Real"s and Barca"s best players? The truth is that over the last 10 years we have become a selling club.We all know one day Cesc will end up in a Barca shirt lets hope its not next season

How about we do what we do now, sell players with injury and personal problems for high price while nicking their best young players for a packet of crisps

The latter choice if Messi comes as part of the deal for Hleb!!
