THE PETITION IS UP AT GOPETITION NOW

It's all a load of Cannonballs in here! This is the virtual Arsenal pub where you can chat about anything except football. Be warned though, like any pub, the content may not always be suitable for everyone.

I though ant Americanism would be like Calling the Premiership the EPL or some such nonsense. Those kind of things always annoy me.

Ummmm....no, not to my knowledge-what Americanisms exactly are you referring to then?
Well I would say to take an example "Making sure Arsenal are doing things the right way", as more than one person is involved.

No offence taken. Hope you take no offence at my suggesting that is a bit silly. Indeed I don't do it consistently and only do it because frankly it's proper English so I thought

Dear me what is next a debate whether I should be locked away in a hospital or in hospital?

EDIT - I Think I mis-read that intially. And usually I refer to the club in plural although when referrring to the club as an entity I believe the singualr is not unacceptable. Buty my question above stands
