I thought the same thing. If my son had just been 'exposed' on the cover of the NOTW, why would my priority be giving an interview with SSN less than 48 hours later?
Actually, I'd be so fucked off with the media for exploiting my son, I'd be too angry to deal with them ever again.
And yet there they are, happy to sell themselves and collect a paycheck from Sky whilst their son is probably lying in a gutter somewhere.
When I saw them, I honestly wondered whether or not the entire thing was a publicity stunt.
But then I remembered that they're all northerners, and probably just supreme thicko's.
I have no idea why his mum is on telly. But his dad is involved heavily in Hatton Promotions, who as quartz has mentioned has responsibilities for many fighters, promotions, and to sky tv who they have a deal with.
I think this is why they were on sky, his mum isnt one to shy away from the cameras tho....they should have released a statement.
I also agree everyone and their dog has probably dabled in a bit of the old cheng, but to say what does it matter and who gives a fuck....Hatton is head of a big growing promotion company, who also is figure head for many charities, so it does actually matter....thats not to mention the thousand like goose who have spent thousands going across the pond to see the guy fight, the millions who spent money to watch him on ppv, or see him live in this country.

I can't believe how big this story has been made, it's ridiculous..it's this hypocritical obsession the media and some have with drugs and sex...

The most irritating thing for me in this whole thing is that him and his family have succumbed to the pressure of the scum media and holier than thou brigade and gone down this humiliating arse kissing apologetic route, coming out with all sorts of mental health excuses and whatever else his advisers have told them to do to limit the damage to his earning potential..doing this he has just played in to the medias hands and allowed them to parasite on this story for a bit longer...
I would have had more respect for Hatton if he had told everyone to fuck off and mind their own business and took whatever financial damage comes and kept his self respect...
