beginning to get the chance to show what he can do, might get to start a few games against teams in the bottom half of the league as well as carling cup and fa cup

Agreed. He needs to start at Sunderland and Arshavin dropped to bench.

Arshavin has scored 3 goals for us this season so worth having around surely?

are you sure my son?
a lot didn't quite come off for the little russian but he scored one and nearly a second but for the post and laid two on a plate, one of them for Vela.
one of his better games for sure and doubt he will be relagated to the bench in the near future

Thought Arshavin had a faultless second half and passed the ball well and claimed a couple of assists, a certainty to start at Sunderland, as for Vela I don't know.. I can't read Wenger on his intentions with him :?

pretty sure he's gonna get more appearances this season than last (as long as he stays injury free) showing he's getting used to the English game and coming of age

Arshavin pisses me off with his careless passing and lack of commitment. We need fighters at Sunderland not passengers and he's certainly no fighter. Talented player but too casual on the ball.

i do get what ur saying, he does come across pretty casual at times, but you cannot doubt his talent, which you haven't, with players like TV5 (hopefully) Cesc, Song etc putting in the committment, AA23 can have his place up front if he's gonna show some skill and score a goal or 2.

...And so you want Vela :?:

good goals but all he's shown is he's great at providing the icing on a cake.

Dont be fucking stupid.Vela always comes on and scores when the game is well won.Name me one game when he has scored the winning goal in a game?.AA23 does it from the start not with 20 mins to go against tired defenders
