SUNDERLAND AWAY

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Song's 2nd yellow, is only a yellow card if you rip up the rule book and make your own one up.
The guy kicked the ball away and then ran at Song who stood still 70 yards from goal. At best, it may be a free kick.
If they were all Yellow card offences, Bolton would have finished most games with 6 men when they were playing Arsenal as you are definitely allowed to stand your ground

I just want to mention that Clichy and Denilson were a fucking joke today, as always.
And ESPN's bias commentary team can go fuck themselves in the nearby Holiday Inn.

And I think youi are way wrong on both counts - clichy blocked almost every attack down his flank and was a driving force in the 2nd half when we were down to 10 men.
Totally agree with bdb when he says that our ball retention improved immensely when denilson and he won more tackles in his short time on the pitch than song, nasri, wilshire and arshavin combined

With the exception of the last 10 minutes nasri was shocking today (another awol game away from home ?) and arshavin was shocking until he was sent off. Unacceptable performances from 2 experienced players

Even by Denilson's standards, he was fucking abysmal.
he's quite possibly the worse player ever in an arsenal shirt

Another 2 points dropped on Chelsea who have Blackpool at home tommorow :banghead: Song needs to cop himself on and stop getting petty yellow cards like his first one, there was no need to wrap his legs around malfuckhead :banghead:

Was superb when he came on, what were you guys watching ?

Arshavin, Wilshere and nasri if anyone let the midfield down. Denilson came on kept the ball and won numerous tackles in a midfield that were dominated in the whole of the first half when we had 11 men.

looked like obvious obstruction on my stream, i doubt i'll see it again as i won't be watching motd tonight.

the first yellow didn't look like there was contact, but it looked like he should've been booked before anyway

Why did Rosicky take the penalty would have though Nasri would have made more sense.

More points dropped because we cannot hold a 1-0 lead, does not really hurt our top 4 chances atleast.
