If it wasn't for Everton last week then I don't think we'd even be moaning about the extra 20 seconds. That said it didn't stop me moaning about it big time at the end..... !

Arshavin (who by the way Augie, was taken off not sent off) played like a *word censored*. You'd think it was him who had been denied a move during the summer not Cesc.

Rosisky you have to feel a little sorry for as that was his first pen for us - except there is really no excuse for not being on target from that range.

But my award for most brainless twat has to go to.....Denilson. Right at the end of the game, you're 25 yards out with a defender close by and you've got a choice between an ambitious shot which in all likelihood gives the ball back to Sunderland OR pass to the unmarked Chamakh on your right..... We could have run down at least another minute if he'd actually picked the right option!!

Even by Denilson's standards, he was fucking abysmal.
he's quite possibly the worse player ever in an arsenal shirt
Was superb when he came on, what were you guys watching ?

Arshavin, Wilshere and nasri if anyone let the midfield down. Denilson came on kept the ball and won numerous tackles in a midfield that were dominated in the whole of the first half when we had 11 men.
hardly superb, shit passing again and near the just let a player run by him on the wing.
You guys just want to find any fault with him, wilshere's passing and losing of the ball was far worse i dont see anyone saying he was shit.
Denilson did everything we needed in the midfield.

Fact is we panicked in the last minute of a game didnt defend a high ball and clichy kicked the ball against out our player.

Song sent off for about 7 stupid fouls.

Rosicky missed a pen to win the game.

Yet its denilsons fault?

Rediculous this place sometimes

I'll save the player comments for a bit later - "Phil Dowd your brown paper bag will be in the the trash near your car park section. There is a blue sticker on it so you can locate it"

Phil Dowd could brarely have done worse if he was paid off by anybody.

No way Song should have gotten a yellow if Malbranque escaped one for taking out Wilshere(Dowd even let play continue for about a minute), if Bramble didn't get one for scything down either of Nasri or Wilshere by taking out their ankle, and if Richardson didn't get a yellow for a tackle from behind on Chamakh late.

It's not Phil Dowd's job to give either team a better chance or to give the benefit of the doubt to either team yet clearly that is how he saw his job today.

If he never refereed another match no matter why I wouldn't miss seeing him out there or feel guilty for it.

We blew that match but if the ref had done his job properly we never would have had the chnace to blow it, but Phil Dowd clearly felt his job was to assist against Arsenal today.

Btw Dowd you *word censored* if that brown bag is there I sincerely hope they catch you getting it and ban you from enering any Premiership ground ever again for any reason at all. They ought to even if it isn't you *word censored*.

Shit penalty, but a draw isn't the end of the world. We lost here last season and Sunderland will take points off the other title challengers.

Denilson did nothing wrong, we battled hard. And sunderland just got lucky !

As expected on this thread people want heads but take it all in. For me if you tread the line after your first booking its always a risk so be on your best behaviour from then on mr Song and the rest. UTD conceded twice in the last 3 mins of injury time with 11 on the pitch so it does happen.
Poor game, move on because there is nowt we can do about it.

Their winger striding by him was laughable.

And maybe none of you (who think Denilson played well) he made a serious fucking stupid error. After Chamakh's incident where he held his face, we were giving the ball to offer it back to Sunderland at the half-way line, Denilson, the fucking gobshite that he is, passes the ball back to Mignolet for him to unleash a long ball into our box. Why didn't the stupid fking idiot just play it into touch and we wouldnt have had a problem. Even a throw in, we would have marked them all up and there would be no threat on your goal.

Not to mention the headed back pass which almost cost us our lead.
Grade 1 fucking w@nker

No I don't. I want him to be fucking world-class and help win us the Quadruple.

But he's utter, utter shit.

Listening to that on talkshite wasn't pretty. At least I knew Collymore is a *word censored* so I expect nothing less, his sidekick Matterface however was practically willing Sunderland to equalise for most of the game. A true product of SSN and a *word censored* to boot.

I didn't watch the game but from the commentary it sounded as though Sunderland deserved something out of the game. Hopefully Songs ban will be for Tuesday night.

Christ I am slated for being too harsh on our own players but some of the comments here are out of order :o Instead of picking on players who did well or at least tried why not focus on the man who got sent off for numerous stupid petty fouls ? Cannot tackle and his positioning was diabolical again today and gave back 4 fcuk all protection again.

I tell you this, if the understudy to clichy (gibbs) was not english I dont think the outcry demanding clichy's execution would be nowhere near as vocal

i like koscielny and think that he did well today but sometimes he doesn't look where he's clearing the ball.

no one is blaming him for today just stating that another shit performance and not good enough for Arsenal. just after he came on he intercepted a ball went on the attack, made an attempt to pass to sagna. he passed the ball and it went in our goal direction with sagna watching as he runs on ahead. it was a simple pass that most pro footballers should be able to do in their sleep yet he fucked it up. i have defended that man many times here but the fact is that he is shit

My thoughts for a long time.

Only one defensive midfielder in our squad and he got sent off after fouling players because he spent too long on the ball

In my opinion they didn't deserve anything out of the game. They had a decent first-half but we defended resolutely during that period. We controlled the last quarter of the match and despite their substitutions they were dejected and unable to muster up any kind of goal threat.

We were VERY fortunate to score our goal as where they.

It's disappointing under the circumstances but we didn't lose and we remain unbeaten.
