NORMAN WISDOM

It's all a load of Cannonballs in here! This is the virtual Arsenal pub where you can chat about anything except football. Be warned though, like any pub, the content may not always be suitable for everyone.

Really?!
I always liked his comedy especially the MWHE sketch with David Baddiel as the two professors.
"That's your mum that is!"
Loved his "Not on my road you don't" rants at celebrities too! And the speeded-up film showing him chasing bikini clad girls around!
Ohhhh I know who he was now. He was that National Lampoon Chevy Chase guy, right? He was brilliant in the Blues Brothers.

I'm loving the humour on this thread.

And I'm sure Norman would approve.

Norman's son actually came to my workplace today. Not a joke. The guy has owned a sports shop for many years. He delivered a cricket bat to a workmate. It saved my mate a trip to the shop to collect it. Nice thing to do. Especially under the circumstances. 8)

Which brings us full circle to Norman Wisdom :barscarf:
The death of Norman Wisdom has brought the art of physical comedy back into the spotlight.

Despite the huge success of slapstick routines from the likes of Jim Carrey, with his exaggerated facial contortions, and Rowan Atkinson as the hapless Mr Bean, physical comedy has carried a somewhat unfashionable tag in recent years
