Am I right in saying that it didn't count as a goal?
It was a penalty shoot out and the balls forward motion stopped after the save. Had it been a regular pen it would have counted but he obviously would have been concerned with any rebounds.

Its a goal without doubt even in a penalty shoot out. Until the ball stops moving its in play even if it goes forward but obviously cant be touched by the shooter twice. This is a perfectly good goal

Flash and Boomer differed on was it a goal or not. It is obviously a shoot out
which has different rules compared to a normal penalty.

Does anyone know the definitive answer on was it a goal or not?
