I actually liked Smoothie tbh. He was genuine - a bit mad, but genuine, almost innocent and too trusting in a way. I always thought what happened with him on here was borderline cyberbullying to be honest, but he didn't help himself there either. I know one thing though; he is a die hard Gooner. Have to respect that.
I respect the fact he is a gooner but then so is Osama Bin laden :? :wink:

Smoothie opened himself up to any comments by starting a thread & poll asking who loved him so cant agree with the bullying thing.

Just to add i thought Steary was a nice lad
I did say "borderline"... agree he did himself no favours. Just don't think there was any badness in the lad.

i agree there wasnt any badness in him but he was the original 'superfan' which rubbed people up the wrong way IMO (not rubbed up in a sexual way either :wink: )

yeah the forum was alot more cheerful in 07/08, the season i joined here, can you believe its nearly three years? :shock: :lol: thanks for the welcome back DB10 :D

if steary came back which he apparently attempted to, as well as the other old faces, itd be like seeing the invincibles return, this forum has too many almunias :wink: :lol: :lol:
