You think maybe while the copper is driving at top speeds, chasing a man in a car, he didn't have the greatest look at the bloke's face? What's he supposed to do when he doesn't know what the suspect looks like and sees someone legging it away from the scene? Let him go and hope that it's just a passer by?

thats right.. in this country they'd have just shot him, refused public enquiry denied that it was them tried to change the law so they couldn't be held to account denied they did any wrong and then shot him again.

WHAT A PILLOCK! there was a gap between the two buses and he went between the car he knocked into before and the bus!
