What does it matter. We wont come close to winning anything again this season. It feels like we have gone back to the 1980-87 years.
Thank god George Graham came along.

True though George came to us in 86' and by the time he left we were saying "thank god he's gone"

Just left Cardiff for a weekend being charged over the top prices for a pint and to watch The Arsenal. Wife in tow a good omen as everytime she has joined me we have not lost. Of we do lose she is banned with ****. Good news she didn't get Bendtner on he shirt, bad news she is still a ginger. Two one to the Arsenal. :barscarf:

I shall be buying drinks in the Gunners tomorrow. I will be wearing a red shirt. :barscarf:

i agree with sid, 1.1 or 2.2
THere going to pack out the midfield and play ugly. We wont be able to cope and keep passing sideways all match. Kos will make a error and cost us a goal and maybe eboue will cost us.

I really don't care anymore. Regardless of who I hear is injured, I don't really flinch... it's just normal for us.

Flappy, Clichy, Squillaci, Djourou and Eboue - not that's a back 5 to be proud of! 8) :barscarf:

By the way, am I the only person intending to clap Hleb on Saturday? :? he's an ex-player, and I generally like to thank them for their contribution. I don't hold a grudge, so I don't see a reason to boo.

Rather have Gibbs at the back than Clichy, and you will probably be the only person to clap Hleb! His career has hardly progressed since he stupidly left us for Barca! Very good dribbler, fuck all end product  :banghead:

Strange how this fixture falls on the exact same weekend it took place last year. We won 3-1 on that occasion, and I'll go for the same again.

Here's some stats for my fellow geeks:

- We've never lost at home to Birmingham in the PL. Played 6, Won 4, Drawn 2.

- In all 12 games against them in the PL, we've lost just once (the last day of the 2004/05 season).

- Our overall record is P12, W7, D4, L1. Only a 58% win rate, which is pretty average considering it's Birmingham.

- We've drawn three of our last four meetings with them, home and away, conceding in all four.

Probably won't be as easy as it should be.

More than likely g88ner, I won't boo him either, but I'm definitely not going to clap the ice-cream loving, big city noise loathing, non-shooting tosser..

Hmmmm, how the fuck did he get injured?? He's not even a fucking international player.....

Some independent presence needs to observe everything from the training to the medical set up, because there is obviously something really wrong with it. :banghead:

i don't think that the training is the problem. most of our injuries this season were caused during matches or when the players were away with their countries. we've had few training injuries this term.
