are they by any chance related to the Pan European Network for Investigative Study? although in my work i've mainly had dealings with the Military Institute of Nautical Guidance Engineering and shared quite a lot of my work in this capacity (in so much as i am allowed) with the Multinational United Fisheries Federation.
