Nice pictures!

Am I the only one who noticed that Alex Song's goal was offside?? None of the commentators or pundits seemed to pick up on it, yes there was a defender on the line but as the goalkeeper was forward of Song when Johan poked it through he was off surely?

Excellent pictures. The Wilshere goal pic looks almost 3-D

If i remember rightly 12th's friend is a professional photographer ie does it for work!!!! not just someone who should be supporting the team instead of clicking away pointlessly

My armchair was nice thanks until my daughter started crying and i had to miss 5 or 10 mins of the game to settle her :banghead:

People were leaving from the 80th minute yesterday pretty embarrassing, I don't and will never get their mentality.

Anyway I was thinking last night that it really seems like the East Stand empties 10 times quicker than the West Stand. Is that my imagination?

No, they were having a pop at me for taking photos when I am meant to be watching the match.

And thats a great photo - I wish I were a professional photographer and could take pictures like that.

I find Basils camera work utterly pointless thats all

Joke Baz

What i have difficulty with is the thought of someone taking pictures during a tense part of the game or when we score etc. When i manage get to matches i am a nervous wreck throughout and when we score i explode so the thought of taking pics i just dont get.... Im not having a dig at anyone here just dont understand it. and enjoy giving Baz some grief :D

Did you get any nice pics of Eddy last night, Bas?

Edit: just seen your other post

The only pic I ever took during a game was of the scoreboard when we were 4-2 up against spurs. Two goals from the scum later... :banghead:

Wasn't off-side as there was a man on the left hand post, as well as the one that tried to block Song' shot. 8)

BUT its behind the goalkeeper. Someone scored like this in the world cup and it was disallowed correctly.

Doesn't matter. As long as there are 2 men behind the ball when it is played - regardless of whether one of them is a goalie or not - you are on-side!!

The red number 9 isn't beyond the blue 4 defender but is offside because the goal keeper isn't back. This is one of those rare occasions where goal keeper is out of the goal (e.g. last minute of F.A. Cup final on a corner kick) and can't get back in time but if the attacking team play the ball as they normally would, then it would be offside because the offside rule requires two defenders to be in front the attacker and the goal keeper usually counts as a defender.
