Clash of the 'Enforcers'

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Clash of the 'Enforcers'

Henry v de Jong this weekend

Ironic maybe that both go in on each other and suffer similar injuries to the ones they have dealt to others :D

I hope one of them gets their leg ripped off, then proceeds to beat the other to death with it.

The true irony will be that they'll probably spend the whole match avoiding each other and kicking some other poor sod!!!  :banghead:

I would have loved to see the Celebrity Deathmatch Claymation take on this. Would have been quality.

Haha yes! That would warrant for some mad entertainment!

I really enjoy how his own national coach has Cut him from the team... Suits him well

I dont give a shit who thinks that it is wrong but I would love to see de jong lining up alongside cesc in our midfield 8) De Jong and a quality keeper could, in my opinion, be the difference between success and failure again this season

Yeah I don't see the reason for all of this "enforcer" hate. I'd love to have a similar player in the Arsenal midfield.

You should apply for a journalistic job at the 'Sun'... You'd fit right in.

Dont get me wrong, i like a good "enforcer" but DeJong is just a tad over the top for me. accidents do happend, but he has accidents almost every game... so either he is sloppy, slow and/or reckless... or he just dont give a shit and its more or less on purpose.. wich in my book would make him a genuiune *word censored*!
